The Hogan-Style personality test assesses your personality in the workplace and if you have the right traits and characteristics to succeed in Suncor’s work culture.
The test is useful to predict your potential performance based on your key strengths, weaknesses, problem-solving skills and core values. Personality skills Suncor might look for include team orientation, stress tolerance and attention to detail.
Suncor Deductive Reasoning Test
The deductive reasoning tests are assessments for logical problem-solving skills and a candidate’s ability to think logically and methodically. The multiple-choice questions are timed, so you will need a balance of accuracy and speed to do well in the test.
